HHealth Privacy Policy

HHealth is provided by ASR Technology Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains how HHealth handles information when you use the iPhone app.

No Data Collection

HHealth does not collect, sell, share, or transmit your personal data to ASR Technology Solutions or to our servers. The app is designed to work on your device, and any health information you choose to use with HHealth is processed locally for app functionality.

Information Processed Locally

Depending on the features you choose to use, HHealth may process or store the following information on your device:

• Apple Health data you authorize, such as weight, body measurements, activity, nutrition, or related wellness records.
• App preferences, goals, reminders, settings, and saved progress.
• Optional Bluetooth digital scale readings when you connect a supported scale.
• Local health chat history, notes, or insights generated while using the app.
• Notification settings used to send reminders from your device.

ASR Technology Solutions does not receive this information unless you separately choose to share it with us outside the app, such as by contacting support.

Apple Health

HHealth may request permission to read from or write to Apple Health only when needed for health tracking features you enable. You control these permissions in iOS Settings and may change or revoke access at any time. We do not receive Apple Health data on our servers.

Bluetooth Devices

If you connect a supported Bluetooth scale or health device, HHealth uses the connection to read measurements for display and local tracking inside the app. These readings are not collected by ASR Technology Solutions.

Storage and Security

HHealth information is stored locally on your device and, where applicable, in Apple Health under Apple's privacy and security controls. Protecting your device passcode, Apple ID, and iCloud settings helps protect your information.

Third-Party Services

HHealth does not sell your information and does not share personal data with advertisers or data brokers. If Apple services such as Apple Health, iCloud, App Store, or iOS notifications are used, those services are governed by Apple's privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

HHealth is intended for general wellness use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
